Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial/residential electrical systems per NEC and Massachusetts regulations
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for precise execution
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project completion
- Conduct safety inspections and implement OSHA-compliant work practices
- Manage material inventory and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician Journeyman or Master license
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial/residential settings
- Deep knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and MA state regulations
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Boston metro area
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
