Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive "2026 Vision" roadmap, aligning business goals with emerging global trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D to prototype solutions for the post-2025 landscape.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technological shifts and market disruptions.
- Establish partnerships with leading futurists and technology think-tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum-ready infrastructure) within the organization.
- Present high-level strategic proposals to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of the technological landscape expected in 2026 (AI, Sustainability, Automation).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward a shared futuristic goal.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
