- Establish strategic partnerships with universities and research labs focusing on next-generation algorithms.
- Drive the adoption of Web3 and decentralized identity standards across all product lines.
- Develop a talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier engineers in the niche of future tech.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their ethical implications.
- Experience with Quantum Computing architectures or working knowledge of blockchain protocols.
- Strong track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and forecasting market trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
