Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Participate in structured apprenticeship programs and skill development
- Maintain organized work areas and inventory of tools/equipment
- Document work progress and assist with troubleshooting
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Willingness to complete 4-year apprenticeship program
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Sacramento County
- Pass background check and drug screening
