Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including pulling wire, mounting outlets, and replacing fixtures.
- Ensure all job sites are clean, organized, and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
- Test electrical systems to verify continuity and proper functionality.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Document work completed and report any issues to senior staff.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with zero prior experience.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and in confined spaces.
