Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with specific tasks.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the foreman.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
