Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and site storage.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Perform basic site preparation, excavation support, and cleanup duties.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required – we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting, standing, and bending for long periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
