Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program is highly preferred for entry-level candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights (scissor lifts), confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety standards.
