About the Role:
As a Weekend Plumber, you will be the face of our company during critical off-hours. You will handle emergency repairs, routine maintenance, and installations for our valued residential and commercial clients in the San Jose area.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Manage inventory and ensure vans are stocked with necessary parts and tools.
- Document all work completed and ensure timely invoicing.
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls within the San Jose area.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
