Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Install, repair, and maintain wiring, conduit, and electrical components according to local and national codes.
- Ensure all work sites are kept clean, organized, and safe for compliance.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics to understand circuit layouts.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide the training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
