Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and support senior electricians with residential and commercial installations.
- Perform Basic Repairs: Help troubleshoot and repair wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Tools & Equipment: Learn to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and testing meters.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide updates on project status.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- License: No license required for this entry-level role.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
