Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Perform basic installation, repair, and maintenance tasks under the supervision of certified professionals.
- Tool Management: Properly handle, organize, and maintain all electrical tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and protecting flooring during electrical projects.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answering questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed.
- Inventory Control: Help track and order necessary supplies and materials for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods during night shifts.
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for measuring and calculations.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to the job schedule.
