Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work sites by gathering necessary tools, materials, and equipment.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Handle material delivery, inventory checks, and basic tool organization.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
