Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial equipment during night hours.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency calls and perform troubleshooting for power systems, lighting, and circuitry.
- Document all work orders and maintain accurate inventory of electrical materials used.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of electrical services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proven availability and willingness to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
