We are currently offering a No Experience Required position for an Electrician Apprentice. If you are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and ready to learn a high-demand trade, we want to hear from you.
We provide full training, mentorship from certified journeymen, and a clear path to becoming a licensed electrician.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment under supervision.
- Learn to read blueprints and follow wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic duties such as drilling, fastening, and measuring.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
