Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Safely install/repair wiring, conduits, switches, and lighting systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and infrastructure
- Adhere to strict safety protocols (OSHA/NFPA 70E standards)
- Document work orders and maintain project logs
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix metro
- Willingness to obtain Arizona electrical apprentice license within 6 months
