Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, and organizing tools under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards; inspect and maintain electrical tools.
- Material Handling: Transport and store electrical materials, fixtures, and supplies efficiently.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answer basic questions, and maintain a positive company image.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Must be willing to learn and commit to a trade career.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
