Responsibilities
- Assist lead electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of electrical components and wiring.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment with care and proper handling procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during night shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior electrical experience required. We provide full training for the right candidate.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
