Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior technicians with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Tool Preparation: Set up job sites, organize tools, and ensure all equipment is ready for daily tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret blueprints and technical drawings under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: None required. We provide full training for the right candidate.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Work Ethic: Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including potential overtime.
