Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with residential and commercial wiring projects.
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under supervision, such as pulling wire and mounting boxes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Read and understand blueprints and simple schematics.
- Install and maintain lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we train the right candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
