Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, mounting junction boxes, identifying circuit breakers, and assisting with conduit bending.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and daily job progress.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Must be eager to learn the trade through our apprenticeship program.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
