Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare surfaces and materials for electrical work, including pulling wire and installing conduit.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks under supervision.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for eager learners with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
