Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Assist Journeyman Electricians:</strong> Support senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.</li><li><strong>Worksite Preparation:</strong> Organize tools, materials, and equipment to ensure an efficient workflow before starting tasks.</li><li><strong>System Installation:</strong> Help with the wiring of fixtures, outlets, and lighting systems according to local codes and blueprints.</li><li><strong>Safety Compliance:</strong> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.</li><li><strong>Component Inspection:</strong> Perform routine checks on electrical components to identify potential hazards or wear and tear.</li><li><strong>Learning & Development:</strong> Actively participate in training sessions to master electrical theory and practical application.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> <strong>No prior experience required</strong>; we are willing to train the right candidate.</li><li><strong>Driver's License:</strong> Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.</li><li><strong>Physical Fitness:</strong> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.</li><li><strong>Math Skills:</strong> Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.</li><li><strong>Availability:</strong> Must be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling, including weekends or overtime.</li></ul>
