Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with local and national electrical codes (NFPA 70E).
- Perform routine inspections of electrical panels and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project status.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (High School Diploma or GED is a plus).
- Basic understanding of mathematics and ability to use measuring tools.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights (if applicable).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
