Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical components to ensure safety and functionality.
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Read and comprehend basic electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and clean up work areas after jobs are completed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculations.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
