As an Apprentice, you will work closely with master electricians to gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical systems, panel upgrades, and maintenance. This is the perfect opportunity to build a future in electrical work without needing prior certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and mounting outlets under direct supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and fully compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of work completed and materials used.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are looking for the right attitude, aptitude, and willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record required for site travel).
- Basic understanding of mathematics (essential for electrical calculations).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications (we provide comprehensive training).
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
