Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Prepare work areas by laying out materials, tools, and equipment before starting tasks.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical faults under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Complete accurate daily time logs and report project progress to the foreman.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
