Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients for seamless project execution
- Maintain detailed work documentation and safety incident reports
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid state electrical license (FL or NY) with journeyman status
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit troubleshooting
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/AED training preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of modern electrical systems
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with renewable energy systems a plus
