Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on residential and commercial sites.
- Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics accurately to determine layout.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and rectify potential safety hazards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding timelines and status.
- Use power tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters) safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Illinois.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the field.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
