Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of wiring and equipment.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures efficiently.
- Install, maintain, and repair lighting systems, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project timelines and requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and electrical code compliance.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
