Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations and repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to determine the most effective solution.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining project details and answering client questions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Kansas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within the Wichita metro area.
