Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and wiring in commercial and residential settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction crews to meet project deadlines.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate job site records.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent state certification) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical installation and repair.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
