Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure code compliance (NEC)
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Collaborate with team members on project timelines and deliverables
- Document work orders and maintain service records
- Participate in emergency call-out rotations as needed
Qualifications
- No formal experience required - we train all entry-level candidates
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (company-funded)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within MD/PA
- Must pass pre-employment background/drug screen
