Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors on timelines and deliverables
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Nebraska electrician license or equivalent reciprocity
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
