Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret electrical plans and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Conduct Inspections: Perform routine checks to ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Install Wiring: Pull wire, terminate connections, and install outlets, switches, and fixtures.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain work completed and answer questions.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep work area and tools organized and in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: Candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply; we value drive and aptitude over prior history.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
