Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine layout of electrical systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Educate clients on electrical safety and system usage.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, NEC standards, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
