Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions to clients.
- Inspect electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, and wiring, to identify hazards or defects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required for Florida.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
