What You'll Do
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Your role is critical to ensuring our clients' safety and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations and repairs of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using diagnostic testing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tool management and inventory control.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license required for Arizona.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks standing for long periods and lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
