Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support experienced team members with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Help maintain electrical systems, outlets, lighting fixtures, and switchgear to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Strictly follow OSHA regulations and local building codes to ensure a safe working environment.
- Read Technical Blueprints: Develop skills to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Use Power & Hand Tools: Safely operate drills, saws, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites, organize materials, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate; a strong work ethic is essential.
- High School Diploma: Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and reading tape measures.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
