Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with safety codes.
- Use hand and power tools, including multimeters, wire strippers, and conduit benders.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; trade school certification is a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
