Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure full compliance with NEC codes and Louisiana state regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs during night operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Document all work performed with detailed technical reports
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana Electrician Journeyman license required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems and transformers
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Excellent physical stamina and climbing capabilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
