Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, or other components using hand tools.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets our high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training and mentorship for candidates with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic understanding of mathematics is helpful for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work in various environments, including tight spaces and outdoors, in all weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
