Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on residential and commercial sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local and national electrical codes (NFPA 70E).
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing electrical systems to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate time tracking and clear communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Train and mentor apprentice electricians when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
- Proficient with electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters and circuit analyzers.
- Strong knowledge of circuit theory, wiring techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
