Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment and wiring are functioning correctly.
- Operate and maintain electrical tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Learn and adhere to all local and national electrical codes.
- Assist in inventory management of electrical supplies and materials.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong desire to learn a trade and grow within the company.
