Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage projects from planning through completion within budget and timeline
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain a safe, organized worksite
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 10 certification and commitment to safety protocols
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
