Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and wiring in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions and repair or replace faulty components.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project timelines and requirements.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
