Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial and residential settings
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute precise installations
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for weekend projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend shift efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
