Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise electrical layouts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and California state regulations
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Lead weekend shift teams and coordinate with project managers for seamless operations
- Document all work activities with detailed reports and safety compliance records
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven electrical experience with valid California electrician license
- Expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training required
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools: multimeters, voltage testers, and circuit analyzers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead weekend shift teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
