Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure code compliance (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical issues clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tool organization.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices during the weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
