Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installation and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information clearly.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout Virginia.
